Project is one of first UG parking built in center of Ulaanbaatar. It used range of ground support method including bored piers, cable bolting as well as dewatering system. Also, project is one of first nonstop construction in Ulaanbaatar, including 6000 m3 concrete poured from 25 December to 15 March, as part preparation of ASEM summit in 2016.
